Where the Prestas came from
Antonio and Giuliano Presta came to Trios with deep Philadelphia restaurant roots, including their prior work owning Craft in Manayunk. That experience shapes the care they bring to every pie.

Their tomato pie starts with a lighter, more flavorful homemade sauce — a deliberate departure from thicker styles found elsewhere. It's the reason regulars keep coming back.
Made from scratch, every time
From stretching the dough to sliding each pie into the oven, nothing here is cut short. The kitchen signage says it plainly: "Always Fresh From Scratch."
